Chapter Operations & Sustainability: Documented succession plan, maintain positive fund balance and right-size the budget, migrate to shared cloud drive, sponsorship growth targets
Marketing & Visibility: Consistent newsletter/email, active LinkedIn and Chapter website, social media calendar
Grow sponsorship by three additional carriers and +20% sponsorship dollars
