Chapter Scholarships
Each year, the Central Indiana CPCU Society Chapter awards three $1,000 scholarships to exemplary junior or senior year students studying in the field of Insurance and Risk Management at Ball State University, Butler University, and Indiana State University.
A fourth scholarship totaling $500 is awarded to a student who has completed one year at Ivy Tech Community College with the goal of working in the insurance industry and has shown exemplary progress and success in their classes.
Each of the winners is chosen by the faculty and/or staff at their respective institution's insurance-related department.
The Chapter funds these four scholarships through it's annual golf outing fundraiser held each May. The Chapter accepts sponsorships from companies to cover the expenses of the outing as well as the scholarship funds.
